It's in a case like this, dysfunctional government and deep recession, that I wish there is a provision in our constitution that will allow the national election to be moved earlier (or later) to let the people speak and decide for this politicians what to do.

I have a lot of questions on this issue, but overall, I see the problem as two players got entangled and two referees called two different violations with one referee favoring one player and the other referee favoring the other player.

I still don't own a mortgage and probably never will with how tight the lending opportunities are today. But two years ago many of my realtor friends have been wondering why I was not jumping into the opportunity of having a mortgage.
